) or telephone (520-300-4553). Opened products or products where the factory seal has been broken may not be returned for any reason. The 5 day period begins according to the UPS and USPS website tracking pages delivered date. The product must be sent back to us and postmarked within 10 days of your receipt of the product to be accepted. You will be refunded your money back less the shipping costs you paid in the original order. Shipping costs to send the product back are your responsibility.
- If for any reason you receive the wrong item or defective/damaged item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item. Damaged items do not include "Not Mint" packaging. We must be notified within 5 days if you receive an incorrect product. Depending on the value of the item, we may not send a replacement until the original item is sent back to us.
- If you receive a damaged package (shipping carton) due to the shipping carrier, we will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement (or issue a refund if we are sold out of the item). Please keep the original shipping box as UPS may want to pick it up.
